The breath-taking 570m² ballroom can accommodate up to 700 guests for a reception, but the space is designed to be flexible, opening out to include balcony areas and the lobby if necessary. Including the foyer, events can cater for up to 1050 guests, across a number of flexible set ups. The perfect setting for weddings, gala dinners, product launches and conferences. With a private entrance, a 6-metre high ceiling, dramatic chandeliers, a beautiful balcony and sweeping marble staircase, this is a spectacular venue for any event. The Ballroom can also be split into three private suites to host smaller presentations and intimate dinners. The room is beautifully lit by extraordinary modern chandeliers whose individual cubed LED lights are linked together in an elegant juxtaposition of material and form.
The meeting rooms on the London Floor have a similar feel to the ballroom, but with a softer and more intimate touch. The finishes and textures are refined with brass details and a concrete-effect ceiling. These eight flexible meeting rooms are suitable for smaller gatherings and breakout spaces catering for up to 240 people. All are furnished with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, bespoke Bankside notebooks and a stationery box.
Our Company bosses were extremely happy with the way this whole event was run to a very high standard. The food, accommodation, attentiveness of all who were involved in the conference set up including staff within the reception area and not forgetting the IT staff. At all times no matter what staff they asked a question to or needed assistance everyone was very polite and rectified their requests straight away. I would certainly recommend your hotel for conferences and to family and friends.
